Bio.
 

Mohamed Haykal is the Director for Europe & NME at MODAMORE FZE. He plays a role of Marketing Strategies, Brands Management, Retail & Distribution Network Strategies. He is also responsible for Business Development & International Operations at MODAMORE FZE, for the Middle East, and Mediterranean region.  He is responsible for Shaping Company Policy, Business Development & Strategies, Handles Business Operations, and Establishing & Implementing Business Plan.

 

Mohamed is the Founder and Board Director of MODAMORE & PARTNERS - Global Mrketing Program. He is responsible for Marketing Strategy in Middle East market, and Global brands management.

 

Previously, Mohamed held a Sales Manager role for Middle East Market at Swarovski Middle East FZE. He was responsible for Sales and business development within the Business Unit Architectural / Lighting and SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS interiors segment in the Middle East.

 

During his tenure at Swarovski Company for more than 15 years he has experienced a vast amount of learning; inspirations, motivations; challenges and achievements: Ensured sustainable development of business across the markets e.g. doubled number of customers within the   period of time of five years; established customer classification system to enable prioritized customer relationship management;

increased visibility of product & novelties through implementing an effective marketing program which support the retailer partners and gain business with their end consumers. A 100% success in product launch resulted in improving marketing strategy; Grab an additional market share from competitors while developing customer base & CRM; increased customer satisfaction and brand loyalty by developing strategy & implementing loyalty program for maintaining a good business relationship and to work closely with partners; Expanded business network & created contacts of prospective customer while participating in tradeshow & events;

secured successful projects with Royal palaces in Saudi Arabia, and Hotels such Hilton Jeddah, Raffles Dubai, Sheraton Sednaya, Inter Continental Hotel, City Star Cairo,  Business Tower Beirut Downtown and many other luxury residential villas across the region.

 

Creating a new business through planning, developing, organizing & implementing a new concept & strategy for a proper distribution channel of products and system partner knowhow in the industry. Celebrating the brand success with key customers. Professional management planning, organizing, execution of multiple projects.

Mohamed holds a Master in Business Administration ( Marketing) from The  University of Liverpool, Liverpool, United  Kingdom.
